Pilates Beginner Levels, I, II, III

  • The focus in these levels is to learn the fundamental exercises
  • To learn pelvic neutral in, supine, prone, kneeling, and in other fundamental positions.
  • To assess client's ability's
  • To learn how to breathe and center
  • To slowly strengthen core

    Intermediate Levels, IV, V, VI, VII
    Minimize 
  • These 4 levels are to strengthen the core further in more challenging exercises.
  • Work on increasing flexibility at clients' own pace.
  • New inverted moves that are challenging and fun.
  • The pace of the class is quicker in each level.
  • The exercises are working into progressive series now.

  • Standing pilates has been introduced and will develop in various series.
  • Classes are fun, creative and challenging.
