  • After having a baby, you must understand the physical and emotional challenges facing new mother's at this time.
  • The easy-to-follow cardio burns fat.
  • The pilates strengthens and stretches the lower body. It targets your abs, gluteus muscles and pelvic floor. The stretch increases flexibility. These aren't "watered down" exercises - instead, they're proven routines chosen for their effectiveness and safety (e.g. no bouncy moves that might stress postpartum unstable hips).

    Prenatal Classes

  • Women who exercise during pregnancy have experienced minimal weight gain, increased stamina for labour and delivery, improved mood and sleep patterns, as well as more rapid postpartum weight loss.
  • Prenatal Pilates will focus on building core strength, decompression of the spine and joints, circulation, proper alignment, and breathing.
  • Kegels are the main focus for prenatal women at our studio.
  • Be a part of our prenatal study that is helping women push less and recover faster.
  • Participants will experience a deeper body awareness teaching them to be mindful of their bodies and to embrace the changes they are going through.
  • The Pilates mat exercises are designed to address the physiological changes of pregnancy specifically in: posture, flexibility, and balance.
