  • Introductory to pilates
  • Focuses on breathing and 6-7 fundamental movements.
  • Strengthen abdominal's.
Beginner II:
  • Must complete Level I.
  • Building core strength, adding on more movements.
Beginner III:
  • Flow is defined
  • Incorporate equipment into movements
     

Intermediate
Minimize 
Intermediate Level I :
  • Must complete Beginner I, II, III.
  • Movement of flow is faster and strength is needed.
  • 8 New Moves
Intermediate II:
  • Focus is on flow
  • Higher difficulty of movements and series.
  • 8 New Moves
Intermediate III:
  • Master Fundamental repertoire
  • Increase Strength & Movement by adding weight
Intermediate IV:
  • 8 New Movements
  • More Movements
  • NEW - Balance + Co-ordination Positions
Intermediate Level I :
