- Strengthen abdominal's.

- Must complete Level I.
- Building core strength, adding on more movements.

- Flow is defined
- Incorporate equipment into movements

| Intermediate Level I : |

- Must complete Beginner I, II, III.
- Movement of flow is faster and strength is needed.

- Master Fundamental repertoire
- Increase Strength & Movement by adding weight
