We are very booked right now for mat classes so if you wish to sign up for the next please do to reserve your spot.

 We always honour refer a friend and your session will be $55 for mat. (You can join separate levels) 
 MAKE up Mat Classes are: Sun.10am, Mon. 9:30am, Tues 11:30am, Tues 5:30pm, Wed 10:30am, 4:30pm, 6:30pm, Thurs.10:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, Fri. 9:30am, Sat. 11:30am Drop in.

Reformer Make up classes: Mon. 12:30pm, 5pm, 7pm, Tues 7:30pm, 8:30pm, Wed 11:30am,5:30pm, 7:30pm, Friday 12:30pm. If you cannot make this class you can make any mat class you wish.
