Reformer Make up classes: Mon. 12:30pm, 4:30pm, Tues 6:30p, Wed 11:30am, 7:30pm, Thur at 5:30pm, Friday 12:30pm. If you cannot make this class you can make any mat class you wish.

We are a full service Pilates, Yoga, and Health Studio located in London Ontario. Pilateez.com strives to provide a safe, comfortable environment for group mat classes, reformer lessons, yoga,  teacher training, courses and seminars. We are hear to help you with your health and fitness goals.

Our instructors are the only fully certified teachers in London. All instructors take a 250 hr training certification program, not a weekend course. Instructors must obtain a 80% avg. on 3 written exams and 3 physical exams.

With a legitimate injury or health issue pilates and yoga are covered by most benefits.

Experience a full Natural Health and Beauty Clinic in our studio. Our, Balance Natural Health Clinic has a Physiotherapist, Naturopath, Registered Massage Therapists, Cosmetic Acupuncturist, an Acupuncturist and a Reikist. Most are covered by benefits. Lets welcome, Chiropractor,  Dr. Liem to our team, he is accepting new patients. Call 439.3838 to book an appt.
