With a legitimate injury or health issue pilates and yoga are covered by most benefits.

Experience a full Natural Health and Beauty Clinic in our studio. Our, Balance Natural Health Clinic has a Naturopath, Registered Massage Therapists, Cosmetic Acupuncturist, an Acupuncturist and a Reikist. Most are covered by benefits.
