
The reformer is a form of exercise that works the core and extremeties simultaneously. This gentle form of exercise is difficult but we modify based on our clients needs. Burn over 250 calories and clients notice leaner legs, butt and thighs, tone just happens. To master the reformer you must start at Beginner I and learn the different routines. All clients must have done 2 sessions of mat before they attend a reformer class.
