GOLF seminar INTENSIVE             

This is an seminar that is focused on helping golfers to learn how to stretch, strengthen and learn how to change their body's to hit the ball better and more consistently. Enjoy a pilates class, stretching classes specific to muscles used on golf and learn preventive measures to have a healthy season.

Wear workout clothing and bring water bottle, and an iron.

GOLF SEMINAR

Bring a driver or iron, wear workout clothing, and a water bottle. You will have your swing analyed by Darren our GOLF PRO and then experience a pilates class that helps to strengthen your core.

PILATES FOR RUNNERS SEMINAR

Be amazed by our Acupuncturist who talks about how Acupuncture can help before and after races to increase healing times. Then enjoy pilates class that helps strengthen your core. We will go through a stretching regimen for runners to help them relieve tight IT bands and Hamstrings.

Wear yoga like clothing and bring a water bottle.
