This course has many objectives but most importantly learning how to apply the anatomy correctly to the movements on the reformer is the most. Participants will learn the basic reformer workout with modifications for various injuries and issues. Bio mechanics will be applied to the reformer routine movements. Proper cueing techniques are important to learn correctly for all clients. Proper precautions must be taken on the reformer when working out with clients or alone.

This course is created to study the Intermediate movements and their modifications. This course focuses on the delivery and execution of the instructions for each movement. Both bio mechanical and anatomical features of each intermediate movement in the routine will be analyzed. Correct postures and pelvic placement will be examined through each movement. All of goals will be covered to provide a safe and effective workout for your clients.

This course compliments the reformer 201, 301 and the anatomy introduction. It takes the reformer routines to new and challenging levels of flow, creativity, balance and core strengthening. This course teaches participants how to create routines based on client’s issues. It also takes the teaching level to a more professional level and builds confidence. It helps to build business strategies and ideas for your own studio.
