101 - Anatomy #1 (Prerequisite for all Certification Programs)

This course includes the entire skeletal and muscular system. The focus will be on learning the vocabulary and language of the body. The mechanics of proper posture is discussed. Also, special focus is on the abdominal muscles and their function in pelvic neutral and the various pilates movements.

Dates offered:

June 29th & July 1st 2007 - Friday and Saturday -10-4pm
October 12th & 13th 2007 - Saturday 10-4pm and Sunday 10-4pm, in one of the first 2 weekends in Feb. Specific dates to follow

Cost: $245.00 AND MANUAL $40.00

PARTICIPANTS MUST PURCHASE, “THE ANATOMY OF COLOURING BOOK”, BY KAPIT AND ELSON 3 RD EDITION.
