DESCRIPTION OF FUSION PILATES
Fusion pilates on the mat is designed to provide the client with a vigorous core strengthening workout and make tension melt away. It is tough on top athletes yet it has many levels of participation. Fusion pilates is a combination of several styles of pilates I have studied over the past six years. Fusion pilates provides a simple flow with less flipping and offers challenges to muscles that the body doesn't know exists. Fusion is being used to help people with a wide range of issues from, low back pain, headaches, arthritis, to severe trauma.(click on benefits to see more).
The reformer is replacing the gym workout and catapulting athletes, post-operative patients, postpartum women and injured clients into new levels of fitness with faster results than the gyms. The reformer is a faster paced style of pilates and is good for cardio. The series of movements are designed to flow and eliminate unwanted flipping and/or frequent position changing. The strap work is a great way to workout out your legs, hips, low back and buttocks.
Fusion pilates on either the reformer or on the mat is for everyone and I am happy to share it with those who will take the time, dedication and attention to the power pilates possesses. With the introduction of equipment into the routines, clients appreciate the versatility of the classes and keep coming back for more. Feedback has suggested that clients do think highly of the variety in a lesson, while maintaining the fundamental routine each week. If this is something you wish to offer your place of fitness or for your own knowledge, I will be more than happy to help you learn through my training programs and courses.
GO HARD CORE OR GO HOME!!!
Special Note: Being certified is important when starting your own business and being respected in the industry. If you train in a discipline and don’t become certified, you acquire the knowledge but not the piece of paper companies want to see when hiring you .
