Pilateez.com has the most intense medical issues program in any Certification NORTH of the border.
Pilates takes years of training. It takes an average of 6 months to develop and create individual teaching styles. There is over 30 hours of bio mechanics and anatomy alone.
Pilateez.com Instructors are trained to work with a variety of medical issues, ranging from post operative patients, pre and postnatal women, neurological disorders, chronic pain management, bladder suspension patients and most importantly we listen to our clients and work with them. Our instructors are reevaluated every year and observed 3 times a year.
